													BLF,
we are proud of the fact that not only do we provide exceptional
legal service for our clients, but we strive to build long-lasting
relationships with them also. In this way, business formation is a
crucial aspect of our practice. By working with our clients from the
very inception of their business, we are in position to help them
tackle any legal challenge that comes up during the life of that
business. Business formation is a practice area that covers a broad
range of legal topics. There are nuances to the Law that even an experienced,
well-educated business professional might not understand.
Unfortunately, many people think they have a clear understanding of
their legal challenges — but they simply don't know everything to
look out for. An experienced business law
attorney can clearly explain the legal challenges
and what needs to be done in the present to prevent future problems.
When developing a new business, a critical factor is entity
selection. Our legal team will gather as much information about your
goals for the new company as possible. We will provide you with your
options in terms of future growth potential, liability and tax
implications. From a sole proprietorship or general partnership to a
limited liability partnership to a limited liability company, our
firm has the experience necessary to provide clear guidance
regarding the advantages and disadvantages of your various options.
With our legal experience and business knowledge, we can properly
advise our clients on topics such as personal liability tolerance,
exit strategies and succession planning. It is our goal to build a
strong working relationship, whereby our business clients can come
to us with any concerns relating to the growth or protection of
their organization. Our attorneys have provided exceptional personal
service and individual attention to clients across Morocco. When you
have a legal concern, we invite you to schedule an appointment by
													calling or emailing our firm.
What You Can Expect From Us
If you’ve been in our office, you’ve certainly realized that our
attorneys and staff are all good-humored people. But, everyone in
our office also understands the importance and seriousness of you
projects, problems, and situations. That is why our attorneys and
staff will always act in a professional manner when it comes to your
													legal needs.

What We Will Expect From You
We would love it if you were fun and good-humored in return. But all
we truly expect is that you are kind, professional, and courteous to
us and our staff in return.

													EXPERTISE
Our attorneys are competent, educated, and experienced, and each
seeks to provide the highest quality of legal advice possible. We
focus our practice areas, avoiding distractions and areas of law
that will not benefit our individual and business clients. We
participate in appropriate continuing legal education courses and
legal groups to stay current in our current practice areas. First,
you are the expert of your business, or matter. You understand the
project and your needs better than anyone. We need your input to be
accurate. Second, please don’t think we are perfect. We are human
and occasionally make mistakes. When we do, please point it out in a
nice manner. We’ll promptly correct any mistake to the best of our
ability, but please do not yell at us, insult us, or accuse us of
													not doing our job.
													RESPONSIVENESS
The Business Law Group understands that clients expect and deserve
prompt attention to their matters. We generally respond to emails
and telephone messages the same business day. If an attorney is out of the office or in
meetings for a long portion of the day, he or she will respond as
soon as possible. We also utilizes technology that allows us to
monitor our email and voicemail both during the business day and
after hours. In certain circumstances, it may be necessary or
appropriate for us to work over a weekend or holiday. However, those
cases will generally be discussed and agreed to in advance, or arise
from exigent circumstances, such as arrests, subpoenas, warrants or
other emergency situations. Please understand that while we seek to
be as responsive as possible, we generally do not work on weekends
and do not provide emergency numbers for weekends or after-hours.
While there are times that we may respond to email or phone messages
after business hours, it is generally the exception and should not
be relied upon as a rule. We generally return phone calls in the
order they are received, factoring in the priority of the situation.
Calling multiple times a day will not get a response any sooner. We
may be tied up in court or an important meeting. Email is the
fastest way to get a response, because we can usually check it while
out of the office or while engaged in other matters.
													A CLIENT-CENTRIC ATTITUDE
We realize that your legal needs are important. Even a small legal
matter can overburden an individual or a business, or disrupt normal
operations. Our attorneys strive to actively listen and understand
so that we can quickly and accurately distill matters down to a
resolvable core. You can be assured that the Business Law Group will
take a client-centric approach to addressing your concerns and
accomplishing your matters. Many of our projects will require your
participation, input and response. Please be prompt in responding to
requests for documents, information, and answers. This will allow us
to move your project forward in a timely manner.
													FEES AND BILLING
We will discuss our fees with you in advance and agree on a billing
arrangement before beginning your project, whether it’s an hourly
rate or a fixed legal fee. That agreement will be recorded in a
written agreement that we each sign when you hire us. We don’t want
you to have any confusion or misunderstanding on fees. We provide a
copy of our billing policy to all new clients. It explains what work
is billable and when we provide non-billable allowances. It also
describes our hourly rate, and how it is determined and measured. By
being upfront and clear in the beginning, our goal is to allow you
to better understand and control your legal expenses, and help you
utilize our services more efficiently. We require a fee advance for
all new clients. The fee advance protects both of our interests. It
allows us to spend time and money on your matter without being
encumbered by concerns of payment. The fee advance also helps you to
appreciate the significance of your project or matter, which can
help in moving projects forward, or negotiating a settlement when
appropriate. We bill on a monthly basis, and you can expect to
receive an invoice each month. We are not the cheapest attorneys in
town, nor are we the most expensive. You can certainly find another
													attorney morocco willing to handle
your project for less. Of course, you get what you pay for. Our
focus is on providing competent legal advice for a fair value. We do
not discount our rates for some clients, but not others, because it
would not be fair to all of our clients.
Please be upfront, and ask all the questions you have about billing,
costs, fees, and the fee advance at the beginning of our
representation. We want to make sure there is no confusion or
misunderstanding on our fees and billing. If you notice something on
your invoice that you do not understand, please give us a call. We
would be happy to explain what an entry represents, and how your
bill was prepared and calculated. Also, when we send out an invoice
that has an outstanding balance, please pay it in a timely manner.
We run our small business on a tight budget. Just like the majority
of our clients, we rely on cash-flow from our billing to keep our
employees paid and our doors open. If you have a depleting fee
advance, please refill it as needed. If you are having problems
making payment, please contact us sooner rather than later to
discuss your situation so we can work towards a solution that meets
your needs, and allows us to continue our representation.
													Business Formation
You will make some of the most important decisions about your
business before you even open your doors, when you have the least
amount of information. What type of entity should you form? How will
you fund the business? What is your exit strategy? What are your
long-term goals? Addressing these questions with the guidance of a
business attorney can help ensure you give proper consideration to
the liability implications, tax consequences, and restrictions on
ownership associated with each entity type.
													Business Contracts
money or promises should always be memorialized with a written
contract for a host of reasons. Reducing an agreement to writing
gives the parties an opportunity to work out any miscommunications
in advance and helps ensure the contract accurately reflects their
intentions. Disputes can often be avoided by a well-written contract
to which all parties are equally bound.
													Business Management
You’ve formed your business, had your lawyer
draft your documents, and now you turn your attention to actually
running the show. Where do you find clients? How do you get funding?
What happens if you need to expand your workforce or your facility?
How do you keep the train chugging along? Is there someone out there
who can keep an eye out for legal trouble while you focus on running
the business? Why yes, yes there is.
													Interview With BLF
Many business owners find themselves in a dilemma – they’ve grown
enough to face pressing legal issues but aren’t yet large enough to
hire a full-time staff attorney. These businesses are often forced
to keep an outside firm on an expensive retainer, which makes them
wary of calling for advice for fear of being billed for every
minute. These minutes rack up when the clients has to educate the
attorney about the business before even getting to the heart of the
matter. When the business owners finally call with an issue, it’s
usually in an emergency situation and they speak to someone who
knows nothing about their business and doesn’t think like a business
owner. Thinking like a lawyer and thinking
like a business owner are vastly different, but striking a balance
													is crucial.
What inspired you to choose small business law as your focus?

I’ve either worked as an independent contractor or had my own small
business for years, so I can appreciate the challenges facing small
business owners. When I was still in college, and had legal
questions about my own business, I had a hard time finding an
attorney who would really take an interest in the unique
characteristics of my business in order to give me useful advice.
Instead, I sat in front of the senior partner of a very successful
law firm, having been referred to him
by another high-powered attorney and he simply wouldn’t allow me to
describe my issue and dismissed me when it became clear the most
pressing matter in my world was small potatoes in his. I left his
office feeling like my little business was somehow inadequate, which
made me angry. No one’s business is inadequate. It takes a
tremendous amount of courage to leave steady employment and a
guaranteed retirement check to follow your passion. And I don’t
think you can truly appreciate the emotional rollercoaster that is
owning a business until you’ve done it.
How do you feel your education has helped you in your
														practice?
My education has enabled me to take a more well-rounded approach to
solving any problem. Though my exposure to many different industries
and different companies over the last decade has shown me that
theories in textbooks don’t always apply in the real world, I have a
better appreciation for both the academic approach and the
real-world approach. I think my clients benefit from this
combination, particularly when we’re working on marketing plans or
brainstorming solutions to problems. Many professionals, attorneys
included, have no business background, which is why UNLV began
offering an MBA in combination with law. I feel very fortunate to have
had the opportunity to enroll in that dual program so that I can
provide my clients with more valuable representation.
Can you describe your “hands-on” approach?
In representing small businesses, my focus is on client service. I
familiarize myself with their business, stay in close contact, and
ensure that I’m available when they need me. Rather than meeting in
a fancy office, I prefer to meet my clients at their place of
business. That way, I can get a feel for their corporate culture,
meet their employees, and develop a better appreciation for what
they’re trying to accomplish so that, as the lawyer, I become a valuable member of the
team rather than a necessary evil.
													What about your fees?
I absolutely loathe the billable hour, from both my perspective and
that of my clients. I hate having to account for every minute of my
time and it makes fees very unpredictable. As business owners, my
clients are on tight budgets and it is unfair and unreasonable to
expect them to set aside funds for unknown costs. Depending on the
project, I charge flat fees where I can. Because I know every
business is different, I remain flexible and work with my clients to
determine what fees they can afford and how much of my time their
													issues will demand.

													Debt collection law firm Casablanca
															morocco
What is a debt collection law firm ? Debt collection law firm are
companies who specialise in collecting debts where the original
creditor can’t get arrears repaid. There are many debt collection
law firm in Casablanca Morocco. Some are small and specialise in
collecting only certain types of debt. Others are very large
companies operating across several countries. Debt collectors
usually work in one of two ways: The original creditor sells or
‘assigns’ your debt to the collection agency because the amount
you’re paying isn’t enough for them. The contract you signed with
the original creditor allows them to do this after your account has
defaulted. They sell the debt at a reduced amount so they get a lump
sum of money. The collection law firm becomes the legal owner of the
debt and makes their profit by collecting the whole amount from you.
The original creditor still owns the debt, but they use a collection law firm to
													contact
													you. The collection agency will
often be paid a percentage of the money they collect. You can
usually tell which of these applies by checking where letters from
the debt collection law firm ask you
to send payment. If they ask you to continue paying the original
creditor, it’s likely the debt will still be owned by them.
